Delivery policy

We don't have zone system and delivery cost in all suburbs where we deliver is $15.

We provide same-day delivery service for orders placed before 10.00 AM on weekdays
and 9.00 AM on Saturdays.
‍
If you place order after 9.00 AM on Saturday the next day for delivery is Monday.
We don't deliver on Sundays and public holidays (ex. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day).
‍
Our delivery hours: 9am – 5pm Mon – Sat.
Usually we deliver flowers to hospitals and business address before 3 pm.
If you order flowers for Funeral ceremony please provide the time of it and
we would make all our best to deliver order in time.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

If the recipient is not at home

If the recipient is not home to receive flowers, the courier will use their discretion to determine if it’s safe to be left at the front door or close by in safe dry place.

If it's impossible: closed gate, animal in the yard or nobody at home in apartment the order will be returned to us with the courier leaving a note in the letterbox with explanation. The recipient will then be contacted to organise re-delivery.

Re-deliveries will incur an extra delivery charge. Re-delivery option available during 2 days after unsuccessful delivery.

Please note that when we deliver flowers and there is no safe place for them to be left, and the recipient is not responding to phone calls, there will be a re-delivery fee charged.

We don’t take responsibility for delivery on wrong address which was provided by customer and don’t make refund in this case.
